The remaining 50%, plus the Security Deposit, is due 60 days prior to arrival.
The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.

Cozy Cottage (Atlantic Avenue) 1 Bedroom
Adorable cottage just steps from the beach and bay.
This is the perfect little getaway cottage to come and unwind anytime of the year. Spring, summer and fall you can enjoy the screened in porch and during the winter relax by our cozy gas fireplace in the living room.
The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and all linens are included. Cozy sheets, a comfortable quilt and soft bath towels.
The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials, there is a gas grill just off the screened in porch to bbq easy meals after a day at the beach.
The living room has a wonderful sleeper sofa, smart tv and a nice selection of books, games and magazines.
The bathroom is sparkling clean with sink, toilet and tub/shower but in summertime you’ll want to enjoy our surfboard design outside shower.
So many fun things to love about his cute cottage….and an LL Bean hammock to lay back and feel the breeze or check out the stars at night!
