Cancellation Policy
The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.

We vacationed with different groups during a two week stay at the Sunset Hideaway and everyone had a great time! The location and amenities cannot be beat. There’s a private pool and what felt like a private bayside beach. Other than Labor Day weekend, we felt like we had a private beach. There was not a need or desire to go to the Cape May beach. Then there were the sunsets…views were spectacular from both the beach and the decks from the house. Definitely would stay here again!.

Beach house with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This place is awesome all the way! “Sunset Hideaway” is one of our six properties as part of Bay Getaways. Fabulous floor plan for entertaining and for family living. Every amenity including a beautiful heated pool.
Both the kitchen area and front deck are ideal for an after-dinner gathering (amazing sunsets). Master bedroom retreat with private bath. All bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the top floor overlooking the beach, bay, and the outdoor pool and patio area.
The outdoor area features a heated pool, seating and grilling areas. The private master bedroom retreat includes a private deck that overlooks the beach, bay, and sunsets, and a master bathroom. A second guest bedroom also includes a private deck that overlooks the pool, the beach, bay, and sunsets.
A well-stocked kitchen includes a butcher block island, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machines, and a dishwasher. Family room offers a seating area, entertainment, and a view of the bay and beach. A wrap around expansive deck hugs the living room area and offers a retreat to barbecue, grab your favorite drink, kick back, read a book, relax, enjoy the beautiful bay views, and sunsets.
Just steps from the bay beach and around the corner from local restaurants and ice cream parlors. Custom touches throughout including, tile bathrooms rooms, outside shower, and patio area surrounding the beautiful pool.
